Installation Accespoints
Access points delivered from Waybler are pre-configured with Wi-Fi networks and do not need to be configured by the installer.
The charging stations automatically connect to the pre-configured access points.
The range is approx. 30 meters in a clear line of sight from the access point to the charging station. If access points are mounted outdoors, remember to mount these so they are tamper-proof and theft-proof. Follow the installation instructions for the access point.
The access point is powered via PoE (power supply in Ethernet cable) either with the included PoE injector or PoE switch.
Run Ethernet cable between Router and PoE injector/PoE switch and access points.
The Ethernet cables should be tested with test tools. Check that the pairs are properly connected and transmitting data.
Remember to use outdoor-approved cable when installing outdoors.
